Copper Chimney Indian Cuisine
Indian cuisine has benefited from a number of food influences; Central Asia, Arabia, the Mughal Empire, Persia, and Britain have had fundamental effects on the ingredients and techniques of Indian food. The Mughal Empire introduced an assortment of non-vegetarian elements, including kebabs and rich gravies, and promoted the addition of fruits such as apricots and melons.
One of the most notable dishes attributed to the Islamic rule is biryani- a dish based on basmati rice, meat, spices, and saffron. Later on , the Portuguese and british introduced the “New World” ingredients, such as potatoes, tomatoes, and chilies- which are now used in many curries, such as chicken vindaloo. In addition to outside influences, Indian cuisine varies from region to region, reflecting the ethnically diverse subcontinent.
Copper Chimney embraces the various influences of Indian cuisine alongside the country’s culture and traditions. We aim to retain the traditional flavors that are so deeply revered, accentuating them with the highest quality ingredients. Each dish contains numerous spice combinations and truly reflects the depth of Indian cuisine. Moreover, the side dishes and condiments – chutneys, curries, daals, and Indian pickles – contribute to the overall flavor and textural contrast of the meal. All in all, we hope this will provide with a truly exquisite experience.

Opportunity to try something new
Me and my Fiance wanted to try something new and near by where we live and tried this place. The place seems family owned wich made it extra comforting. I love that you get to serve your own tea(Indian Chai) and have a cup or 2 while waiting for your food. Garlic Naan bread is my favorite but they have many other flavors! My favorite dish is the Paneer Tikka Masala amaaaaaazing with the basmati rice if you're vegetarian or potato with spinach! We've been there twice this month! Give it a try!
