IMPULSE Body Fitness is the first recreational boutique group training facility that combines regular exercise with wireless EMS (Electro muscle stimulation) technology; a revolutionary, state of the art, system designed to enhance your work-out by gentle impulses that stimulates your muscles, delivering, with just a 25 minute work-out, the equivalent of a 2 hour traditional work out.

With very low staffing but a high perception value for the experience, we are able to accommodate multiple schedules for our personal and group training sessions. The IMPULSETM EMS technology system allows for each user participating in the same group class to experience different workout intensity. IMPULSETM certifiedTM instructors will customize each participants according to their particular training goals and abilities.

Ideally, each studio should be located in a geographic area with a high concentration of fitness minded, health awareness, females accustomed to frequenting boutique gyms.
